We were so blessed to have all three sets of grandparents with him the day he was born and for the next day too, since the H1N1 restriction didn't happen until Monday (and he was born on Saturday)! He is so loved and we just really couldn't be luckier. Lots of flowers and presents and being held and it was just really great.
Both Ian and I are pretty spent at the moment as Connor seems to have his days and nights reversed, but we're trying to get that fixed...I'm working on getting the breastfeeding under control...it's pretty much the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but I know it will be so worth it.
We go to the pediatrician's tomorrow and my mom is staying with us for the rest of the week, and that has been wonderful. Ian and I were able to get to the store today while Connor napped in his swing and my mom made us dinner (yummy veggie lasagna).
